We have some informative events coming up next week. On Tuesday, November 10, 2009, we are having an open house for our resource gifted program. This will be an opportunity for the parents and students to learn move about the workings of this program and upcoming projects. The event will begin at 6:00 p.m., and refreshments will be provided.
Our second parent involvement showcase is scheduled for Thursday, November 12, 2009. Our fifth grade students will be performing some musical numbers under the direction of Mr. Matthew Baggerly. We will also have some educational opportunities for all grade levels before the entertainment begins. A meal of turkey pot pie, pumpkin pie, and a drink will be provided free of charge. We hope to see as many of our families there as possible.
